Demolition and reconstruction of a new 65,000 SF car dealership. Th is project was developed in two phases to allow the existing dealership to remain operational during construction of the new facility. Our planning and engineering experts overcame a 4-ft finished floor elevation difference between the existing and proposed buildings, delivering a successful project.
